This E-Coupon is valid only for the specified check-up program and cannot be altered.
Valid only for outpatient (OPD) clients and individuals who are self-reliant.
The check-up package does not include doctor’s fees if a specialist is specifically requested, or fees for radiological exams.
The check-up package does not include additional treatment or medication fees if prescribed by the doctor.
Service is available daily at Bangkok Samui Hospital from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
