Valid only for outpatient (OPD) clients and individuals who are self-reliant.
The check-up package does not include doctor’s fees if a specialist is specifically requested, or fees for radiological exams.
The check-up package does not include additional treatment or medication fees if prescribed by the doctor.
Please make an appointment in advance and fast for 8–10 hours prior to the check-up (sipping water is allowed).
