1. Service is reserved exclusively for customers who present the E-Coupon.2. We reserve the right to withhold details of laboratory test fees and prices.

3. In the case where the coupon is not presented, you will be required to pay the full price of the check-up package.

4. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. E-Coupon is only applied to specific items as mentioned and changes cannot be made.

6. These packages are for outpatients who are physically dependent. 

7. These packages exclude doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.

8. These packages exclude treatment fees or medications prescribed by the doctors, if any.

10. Services can be received at the Health Design Center, 5th Floor, Building R, Bangkok Hospital (Soi Soonvijai), 

every day from 7:00 to 14:00.

1. In cases that customers request to cancel an order for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund or cancel the product at its discretion.
2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discount.
3. After completing the purchase, customers will receive an online receipt only. If a physical receipt is required on the day of the visit, it can be requested from the cashier.
