5. This price applies to individuals receiving Screening for Breast Cancer who do not have any abnormal symptoms, This package is suitable for women aged 40-75.

6. This package include doctor fee. This package excludes additional counseling fee provided by breast specialists. This package excludes treatments and medications. Cost incurred besides this package will be additionally charged.

7. In the case of patients who have various pre-existing abnormal symptoms (which may involve additional procedures) or patients with appointments for symptom follow-up, there may be additional specialist doctor consultation fees beyond the price of this package.

1. In case customers request cancellation of the order after the Health Plaza Guarantee period without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.
