ไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิด A เกิดจากการติดเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบชนิด A (Hepatitis A Virus) สามารถติดต่อได้จากการรับประทานอาหาร น้ำดื่ม หรือสัมผัสสิ่งปนเปื้อนเชื้อไวรัส เมื่อเชื้อไวรัสผ่านผนังลำไส้เข้าสู่เส้นเลือดไปยังตับ ทำให้เกิดตับอักเสบเฉียบพลัน มีอาการอ่อนเพลีย ครั่นเนื้อครั่นตัว ไข้ เบื่ออาหาร และดีซ่าน อาการเกิดหลังได้รับเชื้อราว 2 – 4 สัปดาห์ ผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่ได้รับการรักษาแบบประคับประคองตามอาการ สามารถหายได้เอง และสร้างภูมิต้านทานได้ แต่ผู้ป่วยบางรายอาจมีอาการรุนแรงจนเกิดภาวะตับวายเฉียบพลันและเสียชีวิตได้ในที่สุด

ผู้ที่ควรรับวัคซีนไวรัสตับอักเสบ A

• ผู้ป่วยโรคตับอักเสบเรื้อรัง
• ผู้ที่ใกล้ชิดกับผู้ป่วยไวรัสตับอักเสบ A หรือมีความเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบ A
• ผู้ที่มีพฤติกรรมรักร่วมเพศ (กลุ่มเพศชาย)
• ผู้ที่ใช้สารเสพติด
• พ่อครัวหรือแม่ครัวที่ต้องปรุงอาหารเป็นประจำ
• ผู้ที่เดินทางไปต่างประเทศที่มีความเสี่ยงด้านสุขอนามัยต่ำหรือเป็นสถานที่ที่มีการระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบ A ควรได้รับการฉีดวัคซีนก่อนเดินทางประมาณ 1 เดือน

ผู้ที่สามารถรับวัคซีนไวรัสตับอักเสบ A

• ผู้ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 1 ปีขึ้นไป
• ผู้ที่ไม่มีภูมิคุ้มกัน

วัคซีนไวรัสตับอักเสบ A ฉีดกี่ครั้ง

• การฉีดวัคซีนไวรัสตับอักเสบ A จะฉีด 2 ครั้ง โดยฉีดห่างกัน 6 – 12 เดือน

Note:

1. In case customers request cancellation of the order after the Health Plaza Guarantee period without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.

2. Please schedule an appointment at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service by calling the Contact Center at 1719 or add line @bangkokhospital
3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
