The surgery package does not include

1. We require the patient to be evaluated for medical clearance before surgery by an Internal Physician. This is an additional cost.                   
2. This price excludes the Specialist Consultant fee.        
3. This price excludes the treatments cost for any patient’s underlying or related conditions or complications relating surgery will incur an additional charge. This price excludes special medical supply, implants, laboratory and other investigation. 
4. In case the patient stays in the Intensive Care Unit longer than the package required due to his/her condition, all the cost will be charged directly to the patient and cannot be deducted from the package price.                          
5. This price excludes Pathology, laboratory test, special instruments and Pathologist charge.
6. This price excludes home medication and comorbidity.

1.Service is reserved exclusively for customers who present the E-Coupon.

2.This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.E-Coupon is only applied to specific items as mentioned and changes cannot be made.

4.These packages are for outpatients who are physically dependent. 

5.This price includes the cost of the operating room, recovery room, medical supplies, surgical medications, and surgical team fees specifically related to the specified surgery.

6.This price includes special equipment such as lenses that are implanted in the patient's body (for specified procedures).

7.This price includes the cost of home medication but does not include the cost of regular medications for the patient's existing conditions.

8.This price includes 6-month post-operative follow-up visits (a total of 5 visits).

1. In cases that customers request to cancel an order for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund or cancel the product at its discretion.
2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discount.
3. After completing the purchase, customers will receive an online receipt only. If a physical receipt is required on the day of the visit, it can be requested from the cashier.
