การเตรียมตัวก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจ
- ไม่ต้องงดน้ำหรืออาหารก่อนรับการตรวจ
- หลีกเลี่ยงยาหรือสารที่กระตุ้นหัวใจให้ชีพจรเร็วขึ้น ได้แก่ งดชา กาแฟ หรือเครื่องดื่มที่มีคาเฟอีนเป็นส่วนประกอบ
- งดสูบบุหรี่อย่างน้อย 4 ชั่วโมงก่อนตรวจ
- เปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าเป็นชุดคลุมของโรงพยาบาล
- ถอดเครื่องประดับรอบคอหรือแผ่นต่าง ๆ ที่ติดบริเวณหน้าอก

1. This service is reserved for those who present an E-Coupon only.

2. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. E-Coupon is only applied to specific items as mentioned and changes cannot be made.

4.These packages are for outpatients who are physically dependent. 

5.These packages exclude doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.

6. The price excludes additional tests, investigations or medical consultation in case of positive findings. 

7.These packages exclude treatment fees or medications prescribed by the doctors, if any. 

8. Further information or to make an appointment, please contact the Health Design Center at 02-3103284, 02-7551591 (operating hours: 07:00 15:00) or the Contact Center at 1719.

9. Services can be received at the Health Design Center, 5th Floor, Building R, Bangkok Hospital (Soi Soonvijai), 

10. The price is applicable to both Thai nationals and expatriates.

 

Note:

1. In case customers request cancellation of the order after the Health Plaza Guarantee period without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.

2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discounts.

    3.    ก่อนวันเข้ารับบริการ กรุณาเข้าไปที่ คำสั่งซื้อของฉัน -> ที่ต้องได้รับ และคลิกปุ่ม ตรวจสอบและยอมรับ
    4.    แสดงคูปองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ในวันที่รับบริการ

    1. After successful payment, you will receive an SMS with an e-coupon.
    2. Please schedule an appointment at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service by calling the Contact Center at 1719 or add line @bangkokhospital
    3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
    4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
