Diamond Male & Female Health  Check-up

1. The service is reserved for those who present the E-Coupon only.
2. In case the E-Coupon is not presented, you must pay a deposit according to the price of the test kit.
3. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. This E-Coupon is for the specified examination only. It cannot be changed.
5. It can be used for outpatients (OPD) and self-care patients only.
6. The health checkup package does not include additional treatment or medication costs if prescribed by a doctor.
7. Please make an appointment in advance and do not eat or drink for 8-12 hours before receiving the service (you can sip a little water).

9. You can receive the service at the Health Promotion and Occupational Health Center, 4th floor, open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
