- Patients are required to consult with and be examined by a physician prior to receiving the service on every visit.
- This package cannot be combined with other promotions or marketing discounts.
- Please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance prior to the service date.
1. Service is reserved for customers who present the coupon upon arrival.
2. In case the coupon is not presented, the customer must pay the examination fee as stated.
3. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The coupon is valid only for the specified examination and cannot be altered.
5. This package is for outpatients who are physically dependent.
6. This package excludes doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.
7. This package does not cover additional treatment or medication prescribed by the doctor.
