(Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai) Cervical Cancer Vaccine (HPV) GARDASIL®9 (3 Doses) For ages 15 and above

Eligibility & Service Information

• Ages 15 years and above
• Approximate service time: 30 minutes per visit

• Vaccination schedule:

  • The second dose is administered 1–2 months after the first dose

  • The third dose is administered 6 months after the first dose

• This package is available exclusively for Thai nationals and expatriates residing in Thailand.
  Proof of eligibility is required in the form of a valid work permit or official documentation confirming a legal spouse in Thailand.

Preparation Before Vaccination

• Individuals who are currently ill, have an active infection, are menstruating, or are pregnant are advised to postpone vaccination.

• Individuals who are married or have previously had sexual intercourse are recommended to undergo cervical cancer screening and HPV testing prior to vaccination.

Post-Vaccination Care

• Please remain seated for approximately 15 minutes after vaccination for observation.
  If any abnormal symptoms occur, such as skin rash or chest tightness, inform the medical staff immediately.

• Avoid heavy lifting or strenuous exercise for 1–2 days after vaccination.

 
 
1. Service is reserved for customers who present the coupon upon arrival.
2. In case the coupon is not presented, the customer must pay the examination fee as stated.
3. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The coupon is valid only for the specified examination and cannot be altered.
5. This package is for outpatients who are physically dependent. 
6. This package excludes doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.
7. This package does not cover additional treatment or medication prescribed by the doctor.
8. Please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance.

10.Services can be received at Health Promotion Center, 1th Floor B Building, Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, every day from 8:00 to 16:00.
11. The price is applicable to both Thai nationals and expatriates.

The E-Coupon is valid until Feb 9, 2026 - Dec 31, 2026.


 

1. After successful payment, you will receive an Email with an e-coupon.

3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
