• พบแพทย์ตรวจสุขภาพ Physical Examination
• การหาค่าดัชนีมวลกาย Body  Mass Index (BMI)
• ตรวจความสมบูรณ์ของเม็ดเลือดและเกล็ดเลือด Complete Blood Count
• ตรวจหาระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด Fasting Blood Sugar
• ตรวจหาระดับน้ำตาลเฉลี่ยสะสมในเลือด HBA1C
• ตรวจหาระดับไขมันคอเลสเตอรอลในเลือด Total Cholesterol
• ตรวจหาระดับไขมันความหนาแน่นสูง (ไขมันดี) HDL Cholesterol
• ตรวจหาระดับไขมันความหนาแน่นต่ำ (ไขมันไม่ดี) LDL Cholesterol
• ตรวจหาระดับไขมันไตรกรีเซอไรด์ Triglyceride
• ตรวจหาระดับกรดยูริกในเลือด Uric Acid
• ตรวจค่าการทำงานของไต Creatinine Plus GFR

การเตรียมตัวก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพ

• นอนหลับพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ อย่างน้อย 6-8 ชั่วโมงก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจ
• งดอาหารอย่างน้อย 10-12 ชั่วโมงก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจ น้ำเปล่าจิบได้เล็กน้อย
• งดการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ อย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจ
• หากมีโรคประจำตัว ยาประจำตัว สมุดวัคซีน หรือประวัติสุขภาพอื่นๆ กรุณานำผลการตรวจ หรือรายงานจากแพทย์มาด้วย เพื่อประกอบการวินิจฉัย
• สำหรับสุภาพสตรี
  •  หากกำลังตั้งครรภ์หรือสงสัยจะตั้งครรภ์ กรุณาแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ทราบล่วงหน้าก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจ
  • ควรเข้ารับการตรวจหลังจากหมดประจำเดือนหมดแล้วอย่างน้อย 7 วัน

**กรุณานัดหมายล่วงหน้าก่อนเข้ารับการตรวจทุกครั้ง เพื่อความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการเข้ารับบริการ แผนก Health Promotion Center โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพเชียงใหม่ ชั้น 1 โทร 052-089817 ทุกวันจันทร์ – อาทิตย์ ตั้งแต่เวลา 08.00- 16.00 น. หรือ โทร. 1719 ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง**

 

1. Service is reserved for customers who present the coupon upon arrival.
2. In case the coupon is not presented, the customer must pay the examination fee as stated.
3. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The coupon is valid only for the specified examination and cannot be altered.
5. This package is for outpatients who are physically dependent. 
6. This package excludes doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.
7. This package does not cover additional treatment or medication prescribed by the doctor.
8. Please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance.

10.Services can be received at Health Promotion Center, 1th Floor B Building, Bangkok Hospital Chiang Mai, every day from 8:00 to 16:00.
11. The price is applicable to both Thai nationals and expatriates.
