- ค่าปรึกษาแพทย์ฉพาะทาง (ถ้ามี) ที่ไม่เกี่ยวกับการทำหัตถการครั้งนี้
- ค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับโรคประจำตัวของผู้ป่วย, ภาวะแทรกช้อนและค่าใช้จ่ายที่นอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดตามการผ่าตัด ซึ่งต้องชำระส่วนเกินตามจริงและหักส่วนลด (ถ้ามี)
- สงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ
- ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการขอรายละเอียดย้อนหลังเพื่อนำไปเบิกกับหน่วยงาน

1. After successful payment, you will receive an Email with an e-coupon.

3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
