6. This package excludes doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.
7. This package does not cover additional treatment or medication prescribed by the doctor.

1. After successful payment, you will receive an Email with an e-coupon.
2. Please schedule an appointment at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service by calling the Contact Center at 1719, 052 089 888 or add line @bangkokchiangmai
3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
