6. ชุดตรวจสุขภาพ ไม่รวม ค่ารักษาหรือค่ายาเพิ่มเติมในกรณีที่แพทย์สั่ง
7. กรุณานัดหมายล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 3 วัน

9. สามารถรับบริการที่ ศูนย์โรคทางเดินอาหารและตับ ชั้น 2 โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ (ซ.ศูนย์วิจัย) จันทร์,อังคาร, พฤหัสบดี, เสาร์, อาทิตย์ 07:00 – 15:00 น.
10.ราคาแพ็กเกจนี้สำหรับคนไทยและ Expat เท่านั้น
หมายเหตุ
1. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าประสงค์จะยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อด้วยเหตุผลที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงพยาบาลหรือเหตุผลทางการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกสินค้า
2. ยอดเงินที่ระบุในใบเสร็จเป็นยอดชำระจริง ไม่รวมส่วนลดจากโปรโมชั่นใด ๆ

1. Service is reserved exclusively for customers who present the E-Coupon.
2. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. E-Coupon is only applied to specific items as mentioned and changes cannot be made.
4. These packages are for outpatients who are physically dependent.
5. These packages exclude doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.
6. These packages exclude treatment fees or medications prescribed by the doctors, if any.
7. Please make an appointment 3 days in advance. For further information or to make an appointment, please contact GI & Liver Center at 02 310 3000 (operating hours: 07:00-15:00) or the Contact Center at 1719.
8. Services can be received at the GI & Liver Center, 2nd Floor, Bangkok Hospital (Soi Soonvijai), every day from 07:00-16:00.
9. This price is for Thai citizens and expatriates only.
Note:
1. In cases that customers request to cancel an order for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund or cancel the product at its discretion.
2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discount.
3. After completing the purchase, customers will receive an online receipt only. If a physical receipt is required on the day of the visit, it can be requested from the cashier.
