การตรวจคัดกรองมะเร็งทวารหนักเป็นวิธีการป้องกันมะเร็งทวารหนักที่มีประสิทธิภาพและได้รับการยอมรับในวงการแพทย์ในระดับสากล (International Anal Neoplasia Society 2023) โดยเหมาะสำหรับผู้มีความเสี่ยงสูงในการเป็นมะเร็งทวารหนัก ได้แก่

3.ชายที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์กับชายที่ไม่ได้อยู่ร่วมกับเอชไอวี อายุ 45 ปีขึ้นไป
4. หญิงข้ามเพศที่ไม่ได้อยู่ร่วมกับเอชไอวี อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป

Anal cancer screening is an effective and internationally recognized method for preventing anal cancer, as endorsed by the International Anal Neoplasia Society in 2023. It is particularly suitable for high-risk individuals, including:

1.Men who have sex with men living with HIV, aged 35 years and older.
2.Transgender women living with HIV, aged 35 years and older.
3.Men who have sex with men not living with HIV, aged 45 years and older.
4.Transgender women not living with HIV, aged 35 years and older.

คำแนะนำสำหรับโปรแกรม
1. งดการสวนล้างทวารหนักอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนการตรวจ                                                  
2.หลีกเลี่ยงการตรวจโปรแกรมหากถ้ามีอาการเลือดออกทางทวารหนักอย่างต่อเนื่อง ให้ปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนทำการตรวจ
3.แจ้งแพทย์เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลยา และผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารที่รับประทานปัจจุบัน และประวัติโรคประจำตัว


Recommendations for the program:
1.Refrain from rectal douching at least 24 hours before the examination.
2.Avoid undergoing the program if you experience continuous rectal bleeding; consult a doctor before proceeding with the examination.
3. Inform your doctor about any medications and dietary supplements you are currently taking, as well as your medical history and any chronic conditions you have.

4. These packages are for outpatients who are physically dependent. 
5.This package includes doctor's fees (DF).
6. This package excludes doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.
7. This package excludes treatment fees or medications prescribed by the doctors, if any. 
8. Please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance.

Note:
1. In cases that customers request to cancel an order for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund or cancel the product at its discretion.

1. After successful payment, you will receive an SMS with an e-coupon.
2. Please schedule an appointment at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service by calling the Contact Center at 1719 or add line @bangkokhospital
3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
