3. E-Coupon นี้สำหรับการตรวจตามรายการที่ระบุเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้

4. สามารถใช้สำหรับผู้รับบริการผู้ป่วยนอก (OPD) และผู้รับบริการที่ช่วยเหลือตัวเองได้เท่านั้น

1. กรณีลูกค้ามีการขอยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อหลังสิ้นสุด Shopee Guarantee โดยไม่ได้มีสาเหตุมาจากทางโรงพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการหักค่าดำเนินการ 10% จากราคาสุทธิในใบเสร็จ

1. Service is reserved exclusively for customers who present the E-Coupon.

2. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. E-Coupon is only applied to specific items as mentioned and changes cannot be made.

4. These packages are for outpatients who are physically dependent. 

5. These packages exclude treatment fees or medications prescribed by the doctors, if any. 

6.Please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance.

7.For further information or to schedule an appointment, please contact the Contact Center at 1719.

8.Services are available at Allergy and Asthma Center, 3rd floor, Building A, Bangkok Hospital. 

Mon-Thu 8am-5pm.

Fru-Sat 8am-4pm.

9.This price includes the cost of medical imaging and cardiologist consultation fee.

10.This price is for Thai citizens and expatriates only.

 

Note:

1. In case customers request cancellation of the order after the Shopee Guarantee period without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.

2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discounts.

3.    ก่อนวันเข้ารับบริการ กรุณาเข้าไปที่ คำสั่งซื้อของฉัน -> ที่ต้องได้รับ และคลิกปุ่ม ตรวจสอบและยอมรับ
4.    แสดงคูปองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ในวันที่รับบริการ

1. After successful payment, you will receive an SMS with an e-coupon.
2. Please schedule an appointment at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service by calling the Contact Center at 1719 or add line @bangkokhospital
3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
