4. สามารถใช้สำหรับผู้รับบริการผู้ป่วยนอก (OPD) และผู้รับบริการที่ช่วยเหลือตัวเองได้เท่านั้น

หมายเหตุ
1. การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับเหตุผลทางการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกสินค้า
2. ยอดเงินที่ระบุในใบเสร็จเป็นยอดชำระจริง ไม่รวมส่วนลดจากโปรโมชั่นใด ๆ

1. Service is reserved exclusively for customers who present a valid E-Coupon.
2. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The E-Coupon is applicable only to the specified items, and no changes can be made.
4. These packages are for outpatients who are physically independent.
5. These packages exclude fees for additional specialists, as well as any medications and treatments prescribed by the doctor.
6. Please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance by contacting the Contact Center at 1719.
7. Services are available at Bangkok Heart Hospital, 1st floor, Building H.
8. This price includes medical imaging costs and the cardiologist’s consultation fee
Note:
1. In case of cancellation request for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund.
2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discount.
3. An e-receipt will be provided. A physical receipt can be requested at the cashier counter on the day of service.

3. ก่อนวันเข้ารับบริการ กรุณาเข้าไปที่ คำสั่งซื้อของฉัน -> ที่ต้องได้รับ และคลิกปุ่ม ตรวจสอบและยอมรับ
4. แสดงคูปองอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ในวันที่รับบริการ
1. After successful payment, you will receive an SMS with an e-coupon.
2. Please schedule an appointment at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service by calling the Contact Center at 1719 or add line @bangkokhospital
3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
