3. ราคาดังกล่าวรวมค่าแพทย์ผู้ป่วยนอกแล้ว

4. E-Coupon นี้ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้

5. E-Coupon นี้สำหรับการตรวจตามรายการที่ระบุเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้

6. แพ็กเกจนี้ ไม่รวมค่ารักษาหรือค่ายาเพิ่มเติมในกรณีที่แพทย์สั่ง

หมายเหตุ

1. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าประสงค์จะยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อด้วยเหตุผลที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงพยาบาลหรือเหตุผลทางการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกสินค้า

1. This service is reserved exclusively for customers who present the E-Coupon. If the E-Coupon is not presented, the regular package price will apply.

2. This package is available for outpatient services (OPD) only and for patients who are able to assist themselves.

3. The package price includes physician fees.

4. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. The E-Coupon is valid only for the specified items and cannot be modified or substituted.

6. This package does not include additional treatment or medication costs as prescribed by a physician.

7. Please make an appointment in advance before receiving the service. For more information, please contact the Pediatric Clinic, 4th Floor, Building B, Bangkok Hospital (Soi Soonvijai only) at +66 2 310 3006, +66 2 755 1006 or the Contact Center at 1719.

8. Services are available at The Child’s Health Center, 4th Floor, Building B, Bangkok Hospital (Soi Soonvijai only). The center is open daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

1. In cases that customers request to cancel an order for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund or cancel the product at its discretion.
