3. This E-Coupon is only applied to specific items mentioned on the coupon, and changes cannot be made.

4. The services is only for Outpatients with physical independence.

5. The price mentioned on the coupon does not include the cost of regular radiographic imaging, and/or a 3D CT Scan, bone augmentation prior to dental implant placement, and custom-made abutment (connector).

6. These packages do not include the fees of other additional treatment or medications prescribed by the doctors, if needed any.

1. In cases that customers request to cancel an order for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund or cancel the product at its discretion.

  3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
  4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
