1. Service is reserved exclusively for customers who present the E-Coupon.
2. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. E-Coupon is only applied to specific items as mentioned and changes cannot be made.
4. These packages are for outpatients who are physically dependent.
5. These packages exclude doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.
6. This price includes the cost of endoscopic specialize and outpatient physician fees on the day of the procedure.
7. This package price covers standard endoscopic procedures and does not include cases that consultation with a specialist physician is required or additional procedures such as biopsy.
8. This price does not include the cost of post-examination treatment.
9. This price is applicable to both Thai nationals and foreigners.

Note:
1. In case customers request cancellation of the order after Health Plaza Guarantee period without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.
2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discounts.
