1. กรณีลูกค้ามีการขอยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อหลังสิ้นสุด Health Plaza Guarantee โดยไม่ได้มีสาเหตุมาจากทางโรงพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการหักค่าดำเนินการ 10% จากราคาสุทธิในใบเสร็จ

1. In case customers request cancellation of the order after Health Plaza Guarantee period without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.

1. After successful payment, you will receive an SMS with an e-coupon.
2. Please schedule an appointment at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service by calling the Contact Center at 1719 or add line @bangkokhospital
3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
